Rick, I justed wanted to let you know how pleased we have been with your service over the last 2 years. The first time we used your company was 1 1/2 years ago, the guys came out and did a good job on the back door. This time there were some scheduling and employee issues, so Jessica told us there would be no charge. Toby was here Saturday, refinished the back door fast and did an excellent job!
