To get an accurate fit, measure from the bottom of the door up. You need at least 6" of clearance for the small 6" kick plate, and 8" for the 8" kick plate, from your local hardware stores. They carry 8" and 6" Brass and Aluminum kick plates...

A Weather-Strip Replacement (Door Bottom)

          Vinyl, Bronze or Jam Strip
Check for light coming in around your door, if you see light, your electric bill is probably too high because your losing air.
